After graduating from architecture school, I went to work for a firm in upstate New York which primarily design large custom homes.

Since then, I have worked for other residential firms in Telluride, CO, Oakland, Berkeley and San Francisco, CA.

I have also done several small additions and renovations to single family homes in the San Francisco Bay area.

The client was having trouble selling this perfectly located home and had to take it off the market. Prospective buyers kept having the same complaints about the property.

After some significant upgrades the house sold within three days of going back on the market. There were multiple bidders and the winner paid $500,000 over the asking price.
