Featured High-rise

Explore one of my most challenging and successful projects to date; 350 Bush Street in San Francisco, CA. The historic Mining Exchange building was originally designed by Miller & Pflueger in 1920.

In addition to preserving the exterior and completely restoring the interior, two levels of parking were built underneath with a 19 story Class A office tower rises above. Heller Manus Architects won several awards for the project.

Featured Mid-rise

The greenest project I have ever been involved with the Fortinet Administration Building, stands out with many innovative design solutions as well as an aesthetically pleasing exterior and comfortable interior office space.

Featured Retail

Working closely with the various City departments, the San Francisco Patient and Resource Center, or SPARC was a new archetype to be studied and coordinated with San Francisco agencies.

Seeking to overcome the stigma and issues of earlier medical cannabis dispensaries, the elegant design raised the bar for this and all future dispensaries all over California.

Featured Residential Project

After not being able to sell this large San Francisco house, the owner asked me to renovate all the items potential buyers complained about.

The revised design was so successful, it sold in just three days with multiple offers
